体育教育专业在德国的确是有不少学校有相关的专业，很多的综合性大学也有相关的专业。科隆体育大学也的确是世界著名的一所综合性体育大学。这些专业的申请是有一定的难度的。三点条件要满足：
1.学历条件。211大学一学期以上或者普通本科三学期以上，通过留德审核。
2.语言水平，因为这些专业一般都是限制性专业，所以一般要通过德福考试后才能申请，如果是德国师范教育类，则要求较高，最后整个学业还要通过德国国家考试才能毕业。
3.入学考试。专长的体育项目要在规定的时间去德国参加项目考试，只有通过才能最终进入专业学习。

• a German university entrance qualification (secondary school leaving certificate, Abitur) or a foreign university entrance qualification equivalent to a German secondary school certificate. The document must be submitted in German or English language
• secured financing of the studies
• successful participation in the sport motor aptitude test (only Bachelor and Teacher Training Program)
• a German language proficiency test for university admission (DSH 2 or TestDaF 4)

Admission & Requirements: Master

• secured financing of the studies
• Certificate on completed university degree program of at least six semesters (according to Admission Regulations §3, 1a) including a diploma supplement/transcript of records. The documents must be submitted in German or English language.
• Curriculum Vitae, including a photo.
• Letter of motivation: Statement on personal interest regarding the study objectives, study program and its moles, the reasons for entering the study program, and medium-term personal career perspectives.
• a German language proficiency test for university admission (DSH 2 or TestDaF 4). Except for the MA Sport Management, requires a TOEFL score, degree is held entirely in English. For further details see Sport Management.

Additional documents if existing:
• Proof of academic records (e. g. publications, scientific projects)
• Proof of professional experience (e. g. job reference, internships)
• Proof of sport practical experience (e. g. coaching license)
