首先必须要说的是英语学习是没有捷径可循的，想提高，唯一的方法就是坚持练习。虽然不太清楚楼主要参加的比赛是什么级别什么难度的，但练习听力的一般方法无非就是多听，从英文歌曲到原声电影，甚至可能的话可以和Native Speaker，也就是英语为母语的老外多交谈，口语听力一起练了，当然，这条件有点苛刻~。那么给楼主推荐一个方法吧，我个人觉得挺受用的，http://www.unsv.com/这个网站上面有很多VOA的听力材料，VOA就是Voice of America，美国之声。楼主要是从头练起的话就选择VOA Special English，也就是慢速英语，这个语速很适合初期的听力练习，楼主可以下载MP3并且把听力原文也下载下来，然后，先别看原文，边听边试着把听到的内容写下来，一次写不全就再听，直到写全为止，然后对照原文来修改。每天就这么练练吧，提高还是比较快的。楼主要是听力水平还不错就去找一些更高级一点的听力材料用这个方法练习。其次，可以去看一些原声的电影，但是别看字幕，试着去听，去看，从情景，语气和你听到的内容来感知电影所讲的故事。可能一开始的时候觉得挺难的，但堆一些时间之后你就发现你能听明白一些词，一些短语，然后是一些句子，到最后即使不全听明白也八九不离十了~。总之还是建议楼主平时多听听，只有浸泡在英语环境中才能稳定的提高。

其实，无论英音还是抄美音听多了也就没有区分的必要了。英音稍微圆润一些，美音则更自由。
去年考试是从VOA和BBC上都摘了一些作为听力，并且都是很基础，很容易的听力。不要担心，口音影响不大，经常浏览这两个电台的话基本上都可以听懂的。希望能帮到你，祝你好运！
