The distance of the modern marathon was standardized as 26 miles 385 yards or 42.195 km. in 1908 when the Olympic Games were held in London. The distance was the exact measurement between Windsor Castle, the start of the race, and the finish line inside White City Stadium.

建議你每天先做有氧運動二十分鍾左右熱身 快走慢跑都行 然後去做器械 剛開始調一個自己能承受的重量(以後逐漸增加重量)分組做 每種器械做兩到三組 每組15-20個 針對想減的部位可以挑選相應的器械重點練習(器械上都有使用說明 你隨意挑) 也可以增加重量或練習次數 每次力量練習大約一個小時到一個半小時左右 切記做完每個動作之後要放鬆和拉伸肌肉(拉伸動作具體可以請教健身房教練) 可以緩解肌肉酸痛 不至讓你於第二天渾身疼的什麼都做不了 做完力量之後再去做有氧運動 大約一小時左右 (如果想減脂 跑步還是比較理想的) 這樣的練習一周最好要保證不少於三次。如果你想系統的訓練每次大約要三小時 你可以根據自己情況適當增減
最後還要注意控制飲食 可以不節食 但要保證進行訓練之後不多於原來的飯量 並且運動之後一小時之內一定不要進食 一定不能吃油炸食品 日常飲食的烹飪手法最好以清淡為主 外面賣的冰激凌 麵包 蛋糕之類的最好不吃 多數都含有反式脂肪 不僅不容易代謝囤積在體內而且增加患心血管病的風險
