In the world, there are so many fat and unhealth people, why are they like that? They eat too much, and they don't walk, don't move, don't even take any excercise, they'll get ill!!! That's just like if we don't take PE classes.
But, sometimes you might feel'oh! It's so boring! Can we do something else???', like the gymnastic, but, actually, it's good for you, for your bones, so when you grow older, you won't become very weaker. And also, you might feel very exciting if it's the sports that you like, like football, basketball, badminton and baseball, actually I like them, but they just give few lessons on this to us, oh, gosh! Can the teachers give us more like that!?!? And for the almost time, we just did some excercises for like just five minutes in the full lesson of fourty-five minutes, and then do whatever we want but just don't anoying other classes and don't go out of the school, so what we could do is just chatting...Gosh it's so boring!!!
We should inform the teachers to give us more excercises and sports to do, so that we won't be that boring and unhealth...
Doing sports also help us to grow, what I think, is that all of the Chinese and Korean or Japanese should do some more sports, I think everyone knows that the East people are so short, why? We walk everyday, and eat healthy, and we're clever, but it's just that so many people doing the drugs and don't take excercises, excercises are actually better than walking, walking are just help to diet.

天下午上體育課,宋老師把我們分成「男生」「女生」兩組,開始教我們練習跳長繩。
成功的歡呼聲和失敗的嘆息聲在每一件事情發生的過程當中都會有的。我們也一樣,在有人跳過長繩與有人跳不過長繩時,都能聽到我們成功的歡呼聲和失敗的嘆息聲。然而,每個人在跳的時候,心裡都會為自己打氣、加油、鼓勵;但是,每個人都不可能一定成功,總是有失敗、有成功。
每個人在成功的那一刻,笑容總是燦爛的,心裡總是高興的。但你可知道,這成功的背後是什麼,這彩虹的背後是什麼?是他們所付出的點點滴滴的汗水,是他們所經受的磨練,風雨。我們也是這樣的,在第一次練習跳長繩時很生熟,經驗不夠多,所以老是斷掉:有人被刷了屁股的,有人被繩子跘到的,有的人一隻腳跨過去了,另一隻腳卻被繩子勾住了……可是,我們漸漸地連貫起來了,每個人都能跳過了,這是為什麼呢?因為我們在一次次失敗中,慢慢的就不生熟了,一點點的有經驗了,我們也就不怕出洋相,因為我們知道,這是困難在歷練我們,等我練好了,我們就可以成功地「打倒」困難!
在宋老師的指導下我們漸漸掌握了跳長繩的技巧,如何站隊才能跳得更好。熟能生巧嘛,慢慢地,我們都能連貫的跳起來了,男生們不停地互相擊掌,以示祝賀與慶祝。我們正想再來一遍,可是不行了。「叮零零——」下課鈴打響了。我們戀戀不舍地離開操場,回到教室。
這堂課我們不僅僅學會了跳長繩,收獲了跳長繩的技巧,還懂得成功與失敗之間相互依存這個道理,真是一舉多得啊!這堂體育課真有意義!
