㈢ 英語聽力
首先必須要說的是英語學習是沒有捷徑可循的，想提高，唯一的方法就是堅持練習。雖然不太清楚樓主要參加的比賽是什麼級別什麼難度的，但練習聽力的一般方法無非就是多聽，從英文歌曲到原聲電影，甚至可能的話可以和Native Speaker，也就是英語為母語的老外多交談，口語聽力一起練了，當然，這條件有點苛刻~。那麼給樓主推薦一個方法吧，我個人覺得挺受用的，http://www.unsv.com/這個網站上面有很多VOA的聽力材料，VOA就是Voice of America，美國之聲。樓主要是從頭練起的話就選擇VOA Special English，也就是慢速英語，這個語速很適合初期的聽力練習，樓主可以下載MP3並且把聽力原文也下載下來，然後，先別看原文，邊聽邊試著把聽到的內容寫下來，一次寫不全就再聽，直到寫全為止，然後對照原文來修改。每天就這么練練吧，提高還是比較快的。樓主要是聽力水平還不錯就去找一些更高級一點的聽力材料用這個方法練習。其次，可以去看一些原聲的電影，但是別看字幕，試著去聽，去看，從情景，語氣和你聽到的內容來感知電影所講的故事。可能一開始的時候覺得挺難的，但堆一些時間之後你就發現你能聽明白一些詞，一些短語，然後是一些句子，到最後即使不全聽明白也八九不離十了~。總之還是建議樓主平時多聽聽，只有浸泡在英語環境中才能穩定的提高。

㈣ 大學生英語聽力競賽
考生憑學生證（或身份證）參加競賽，證件放在課桌左上角備查。自備調頻收音機（或接回收耳機）、鉛筆（2B或答HB）、鋼筆、圓珠筆、橡皮、直尺等文具參加競賽，嚴禁攜帶書本、紙張、BP機、手機等通訊工具進入賽場，因各種原因攜帶進場的其它物品，集中放在監考員指定地方。

其實，無論英音還是抄美音聽多了也就沒有區分的必要了。英音稍微圓潤一些，美音則更自由。
去年考試是從VOA和BBC上都摘了一些作為聽力，並且都是很基礎，很容易的聽力。不要擔心，口音影響不大，經常瀏覽這兩個電台的話基本上都可以聽懂的。希望能幫到你，祝你好運！
